Keller Williams Legacies Office – Event Space Rental Terms & Conditions

 

1. Rental Spaces & Rates (Tax Included):

Cleaning Fee (mandatory): $169.50

Training Room: $141.25 per hour

Lunch Room: $169.50 per hour

Both Rooms Combined: $226.00 per hour

Optional Tech Support: $84.75 per hour (Provided by EnCasa Marketing)

Water: Complimentary with all bookings

 

2. Booking & Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking system.

• Full payment is due within 5 days of when you submit your requested event date.

• Accepted payment methods: is an e-transfer to mca@kwlegacies.com

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit 40% or your payment for administration fees and date reservations for all selected services

 

4. Cleaning & Damage:

• A cleaning fee of $169.50 applies to all rentals.

• The renter is responsible for any damages to the property or equipment during the rental period.

• Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if the space is left in unsatisfactory condition.

 

5. Tech Support:

• If you require technical assistance for audio/visual setup, a In-house Marketing team (EnCasa Marketing) is available at $84.75/hour. Please request in advance or contact josh@kwlegacies.ca to request a personal quote.

 

6. Use of Space:

• Setup and takedown time must be included in the total hours booked.

• The event must not exceed the agreed rental time unless approved in advance.

• If your event goes over the agreed rental time you will be charged another full hour every time your event goes over the next hourly checkpoint.

• All events must comply with local laws, noise bylaws, and building policies.

 

7. Liability:

• Keller Williams Legacies is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period.

• Renters must obtain any necessary permits and insurance (if applicable) for their event.

 

8. General:

• Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• The use of the space must align with the values and professional standards of Keller Williams Legacies.
