Welcome to Keller Williams! We are excited to have you onboard here at Keller Williams of Central PA. In efforts to help with a smooth transition, please follow the below steps one at a time. After the completion of the steps, Jess will be in touch with you promptly for the next steps. She will be your direct contact and guide through your whole onboarding experience
STEP 1 - APPLY FOR LICENSE WITH NSREC
Your Licensing Application was sent to you through Docusign - the subject is 'Licensing Paperwork'. This contains the forms you need to complete to apply for your License with NSREC. Once you complete it, it will automatically be sent to our Broker to sign.

Once you have completed the forms, please forward your supporting documentation to jessicadort@kw.com. You will need copies of the following:

Copy of Drivers License or government issued ID

Copy of Birth Certificate or citizenship document
-
Criminal Record Check
-
Proof of Grade 12 education

Jess will submit your application & documents to NSREC on your behalf. NSREC will process your application & fees, and will then register you with NSAR. Keep an eye out for emails from both NSREC and NSAR with your receipts & next steps.
