This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. To become a member of the ALC, you must be in the top 20% of production in the Market Center. Each ALC member is also in charge of their own Committees within the brokerage and agents can choose to be a part of any committee they like in order to help that committee reach it's goals for the year.
